Dell Mini 9

The Dell Mini 9 is Dell’s first laptop to be featured as a netbook. The worst two things about this netbook are its slow CPU prosser (Intel Atom), and its small keyboard and touchpad. The Mini 9 has two options for your OS. The basic Mini comes with Linux pre-intstalled. Along with the opition to exchange Linux, for Windows XP Home Edition for a small fee. The Mini 9 features three USB ports, headphone and microphone jack, one VGA out port, a Ethernet port, and a SD card slot. For $20 dollars you can add bluetooth to the netbook. This is good if you like to use your phone as a wireless modem. The processor speeds are what you expect from a netbook. So as long as you keep your task moderate then you sholud be fine. This means not opening that many windows at once. Overall the Mini 9 is great for surfing the web, checking emails, and for entertainment purposes. The Mini 9’s speakers are very loud, so you can make use of that by watching videos or listening to music. Last but not least the screen on the Mini 9 is a 8.9 inch LCD display. So the screen in my opinion is not to big for a netbook and not to small for a netbook either. When in use the netbook feels small and is not a great typing compainon. The battery is great I thought, I got to pull off three hours without even charging it. So I would reccomend this netbook to someone who just needs to check there email, look at a webpage here and now, and maybe even sync there ipod.

Dell XPS M1530

When most people hear XPS they normally think high price gaming computer. Well it looks like Dell didn’t step away from the gaming part of things but gave it a nice touch. The XPS M1530 is a great laptop for just about any one who needs there media. An example would be you like to watch a certain TV show, but it only comes on while you’re at work. Well the Dell XPS M1530 would handle that problem with its built in Media center. The best thing about this Media Center is that it comes with a decent remote. That means you won’t have to go and waste $100 bucks for a remote. Other cool things about this laptop include an HDMI output, nice design, durable, and sweet performance. Technical matters the Dell XPS M1350 has a 15 inch screen, 2 GB of RAM, Windows Vista premium for its OS, a 160 GB hard drive, and a intel core 2 duo for its Processor. This has to be Dell’s best Laptop so far otherwise its just a sweet laptop. Remember “Don’t Blink Just Think Technology”!

If your looking for a business laptop this is the one!The only downfalls are it’s super short Battery life, but otherwise this is the real deal! With great overall performance, meets laptop durability standards, and even laptop portability standards. The best thing about this laptop is how well it holds up in Wi-Fi areas even though the battery drains super quick. The Wi-Fi performance is great even in low signal areas. This laptop is great if you need a good computer by you all the time or for business trips.-qu42blue

Apple MacBook

This is the laptop for you if you are a college student, and all you need to do is type documents, give presentations, and make spread sheets. Other wise unless all you need to do is surf the internet, view photos, watch videos or other simple task, this laptop is for you. The best thing about this laptop is its “Apple only” features like Apple’s famous iTunes software, runs a whole lot better on the Apple’s Mac’s than on a PC. The reason is because Apple made the Ipod for Mac’s only when they originally made the Ipod. So if you currently own an ipod you would have twice the space you now have if you were using a Mac computer. That’s the only really good feature about this Mac laptop. Unless you really need a laptop and you are a simple person or college student. Otherwise I would recommend a Mac desktop if you were looking for an Apple computer.

HP Pavilion HDX

Looking for the laptop that could do just about anything, from watching a movie to chatting with friends across the globe. Then look no farther the HP Pavilion HDX is at your service. With a 20 inch HD widescreen, touch sensitive buttons located at top of keyboard, TV tuner, 400 GB’s of hard drive space. Wait there’s more a removable multimedia remote, web cam, and last but not least a built in fingerprint reader. The bad thing about this notebook is that it runs Windows Vista Home Premium. This is not the best operating system on the market yet. I would recommend you wait 2 years for Microsoft to release a second version of vista. Like windows XP you may not know it but there are two versions of Windows XP. This is the best multimedia notebook on the market so far.
